The Florida Governor and his associates are brazenly violating Federal and state campaign finance laws as DeSantis's 2024 Shadow Presidential Campaign continues.
His governance has been stellar. From devastating hurricane Ian clean up to his courageous and wise covid policies, to his ongoing battle against wokeness, among many other things. I don't think you know what you're talking about.
Most of everything DeSoros has done has been a PR stunt. As far as fighting Wokeness the teachers and administration are not paying attention to him and that is documented in at least 7 major counties in Florida. He’s all talk and doesn’t back up what he’s stating. Like our insurance for automobile and homeowners insurance. It’s ridiculously high and yet they gave him 9 million dollars as a campaign contributions. The FPL and the outer utilities donated millions of dollars to his campaign and lo and behold regulators appointed by DeSoros didn’t see a problem that rate hikes raised 20% across the state of Florida. They guy is shady at best. His corruption will be coming out eventually. His inspiration was daddy Bush. The Bush Cabal are supporting and funding him. He’s right up there with their corruption.

Hi Christine, It's absolutely true that dishonest politicians (fill in the tired joke about repeating myself), get into office and take off the mask. Obama was masterful at that. He tossed his promise to work with Republicans almost the day he got elected, like a criminal tossing away his gun out of a speeding car.
In all honesty, I've changed my mind about the governor recently regarding his fitness for the Presidency vis a vis Trump, mostly based on what I heard with my own ears. I refer to his terribly disappointing comments on Trump's depraved indictment. But I also heard what he said about the war in Ukraine and agree with him, including the supposed walk-back comment when he called Putin a war criminal. I agree with that too. I agree with him on workeness. I agree with him on covid, and I admire what he did with what can only be called courage at the time.
I saw how he competently he handled that devastating hurricane Ian. I see all sorts of things I agree with, including getting those obscene books out of school libraries.
We all have our shortcuts, I can't read everything and I'm not going to necessarily hold the man accountable for things he's done and or said in the past. I was a democrat up until about 15 years ago. The world changed, the party changed, and I changed. I got older, I got wiser. If DeSantis mounts a serious challenge to Trump, which doesn't look all tat likely now, he'll have to explain himself and defend his record and his past statements.
IN the meantime, while I have come to see him through a more skeptical lens in some degree because of stuff I've read here. I don't see him meriting the constant bashing. Our country is hanging by a thread.
