House Oversight Hearing on Twitter’s Election Interference Validates Loomer RICO Lawsuit
Big Tech just got caught red handed illegally interfering in our elections… just like Laura Loomer has been telling us for years.

Democrats were quick to jump on accusations of "collusion and Russian election interference" when it suited their purpose against President Trump.
Now, they are putting their head in the sand because they have been CAUGHT RED-HANDED colluding with Big Tech to interfere with our elections!
During a Congressional hearing conducted by the House Oversight Committee yesterday, it was disclosed that Twitter and Facebook executives and employees have been colluding with officials from the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS), Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the National Association of State Election Directors (NASED) to specifically target, ban, and censor accounts on various social media sites in a collaborative manner.
And if it’s not already obvious, the players from NASS and CISA were government officials who oversee our elections. CISA falls under the Department of Homeland Security, and in November of 2022, they went on the record saying they’re taking a “hands off” approach to what they call “election-related disinformation.” Well… obviously not.
Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna questioned Twitter employee Yoel Roth, the former head of Twitter Trust and Safety. “Trust and Safety” is the Orwellian term for censorship.
Roth has been caught using the private cloud server, Jira, to collude with Facebook executives and government officials.
When Roth was directly asked if he communicated with a private entity and government agencies on a private cloud server, he responded, “I don’t believe I can give you a yes or no.”
Ironically, Roth’s communication was printed and displayed right behind Luna’s shoulder on an exhibit she then entered as a form of evidence into the Congressional hearing.
In my RICO case against Twitter, Jack Dorsey, Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, P&G, and entities within the FBI and United States government, this was my ENTIRE argument. As I have been arguing since 2018: THESE BIG TECH TYRANTS ARE STATE ACTORS. And now, I’m thrilled to see members of the United State Congress finally agree with my argument, and show evidence of this state actor collusion in official government hearings.
Put simply, these joint state actors engaged in blatantly ILLEGAL conduct to directly interfere with state and federal elections in the United States of America!
If we want to talk about collusion to interfere with elections, it has always been between our own government, Big Tech, the FBI, and the media!
My case has taken on so much more importance now that ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING I have been saying for the last 6 years is being admitted in Congressional hearings. Despite the fact that Big Tech’s deplatforming of me and their illegal election interference and deliberate censorship of both of my Congressional campaigns has destroyed my livelihood, destroyed my business, and has severely damaged my reputation through years of defamation, I have never given up in my fight to expose the TRUTH and expose Big Tech censorship and Big Tech election interference.

My legal team and I were just notified this week that Twitter has switched legal teams to bring on board Meryl Conant Governski of Willkie Farr & Gallagher who has direct ties to CNN. This woman who Twitter and Jack Dorsey have retained to fight me in my RICO case was a member of CNN’s public relations team.
Obviously, Twitter and Jack Dorsey have retained an expensive CNN affiliated lawyer with experience in public relations given the things that I have been exposing are not only illegal, but they are a public relations NIGHTMARE for Big Tech and their executives. And, that is why they will do all they can to BURY me in litigation and bleed me dry of resources. If they lose, the legal consequences for them are massive, and they know it.

If the U.S. Congress respected the U.S. Constitution, Big Tech would have been regulated in the 2010s. Now in 2023, we have limited peaceful solutions to resolve -- BUT WE MUST TRY ALL PEACEFUL SOLUTIONS WHILE WE HAVE TIME. Lawsuits are a primary way to curtail Big Tech.
